The old Rose & Crown pub has been re-imagined as a 50s-style diner with a diner, bar and café, serving up old favourites and comfort food on nana’s old crockery. Rose Diner goes where others dare not tread — tuna mornay vol au vents, steak Diane, or a traditional Sunday roast topped off with Mum’s trifle. Next door in the old garage is Little Rose (pictured), which does a roaring trade in Shakes, Jaffles & Coffee.
