Maurice Terzini’s new osteria is now open. Head chef Orazio D’Elia (Icebergs Dining Room & Bar and Popolo) is responsible for the food: simple, fresh-flavoured Italian.
Terzini describes it as “Rick Owens comes to Bondi”. Architects Herbert & Mason have worked closely with Terzini to achieve this simplistic yet functional design aesthetic. The menu offers pizzas naturally risen for 48 hours, 100% handmade and cooked in the wood-fired brick pizza oven imported from Napoli. Other signature dishes include The Porchetta, a whole Berkshire pig cooked on a rotisserie for about 6 hours.
