CULTURE OF CORPORATE LARGENESS

Corporate Culture opened their new showroom last night, packing it with apparently 700 guests from the design and architectural community. The new digs on 680 Elizabeth Street is massive. And you did read that right, 700. It sure looked like it, with a line that stretched down the block to get in. The showroom spreads over three main levels, with a ‘secret’ side staircase leading to a fourth floor ‘apartment’, which showcases Corporate Culture product in situ, including a bathroom. Perhaps it’s a try-before-you-buy concept where you can spend a night watching TV on a Cappellini sofa before shelling out the asking price. Probably not. Haron Robson helped with the install, including some nifty track lighting that manages to highlight all the top gear on display.
