Brisbane’s dining scene is set to expand with the opening of Philip Johnson’s newest venue. Bistro One Eleven comprises of an 85-seat ground floor bistro and a 35-seat espresso bar.

Located in GPT’s multi-award winning Cox Rayner-designed new office development, One One One Eagle Street, Bistro One Eleven and the Espresso Bar consist of dramatic high ceilings, a sense of space and striking Brisbane River views with its glass exterior. Bistro One Eleven will open for breakfast, lunch and dinner weekdays and for dinner on Saturdays.

Philip Johnson is known for his iconic Brisbane based e’cco bistro which won the Australian Gourmet Traveller Restaurant of the Year Award in the first years of opening. Over the past 17 years Philip has also published six cookbooks, the most recent being Eating In and Decadence.

The final countdown has started and One Eleven will open in two phases. The Espresso One Eleven is now open and Bistro One Eleven will open in September.
